Format your manuscript according to our guidelines and use the provided template.
Online Submission
Submit your manuscript through our online submission system with all required information.
Initial Review
Editorial team conducts initial screening for scope and quality (1-2 weeks).
Peer Review
Double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers (4-8 weeks).
Decision & Publication
Editorial decision communicated with reviewer feedback. Accepted articles proceed to publication.
Format Requirements
- • Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF format
- • Double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font
- • 1-inch margins on all sides
- • Page numbers in bottom right corner
- • Maximum 8,000 words (including references)
Structure Requirements
- • Title page with author information
- • Abstract (150-250 words)
- • Keywords (3-6 keywords)
- • Main text with clear headings
- • References in APA 7th edition style

Original empirical research with novel findings (6,000-8,000 words)

Critical reviews of recent management books (1,000-1,500 words)
Originality and Plagiarism
All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism detection software is used to screen all manuscripts. Proper citation is required for all sources.
Data Integrity
Authors must ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data presented. Raw data should be available for verification if requested.
Authorship
All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the work. Corresponding author is responsible for ensuring all co-authors approve the submission.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors must declare any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work. Funding sources must be acknowledged.

JMRI employs a double-blind peer review process where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure objective evaluation.
